William "Bill" Cannon has been a Hanover Park homeowner for 11 years. He is a licensed Realtor and a member of NSBAR. He currently is an executive with a major real estate firm on the North Shore, and in that capacity, he manages many homeowners' associations, which are not-for-profit corporations. He is responsible for making sure that these communities operate within state and federal guidelines and the Illinois Condominium Act, assisting in processing all issues related to the homes and property, and evaluting contracting bids, energy purchases, legal issues, engineering issues, homeowner issues along with many other aspects related to community services. He is a supervisor for 20 employees and is responsible for their daily and overall performance. Bill is a members of the Hanover Park Development Commision.

Bill is a committed husband, and with his wife, Tasha, is raising two wonderful sons. He and his wife are both PTA members and have been for 8 years.
